Terms & Conditions - Kellie Branagan 40k Give Away

1. Promoter

The promoter of this giveaway is Runderwear, in partnership with Kellie Branagan (@kellie.branagan).

2. Eligibility

• The giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
• Entrants must be following @teamrunderwear and @kellie.branagan on Instagram at the time of the draw.
• Employees of Runderwear, Kellie Branagan, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Enter

• To enter, participants must follow both @teamrunderwear and @kellie.branagan on Instagram.
• Only one entry per person is permitted.
• No purchase is necessary to enter the giveaway.

4. Giveaway Period

• Entries will be accepted until 23:59 GMT on 28th February 2025.
• Any entries received after this time will not be considered.

5. Prize

• The prize details will be outlined in the giveaway post on Instagram.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
• The winner will be contacted via direct message on Instagram within 5 days of the giveaway closing.
• If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner may be selected.

7. Data Protection & Privacy

• By entering this giveaway, participants agree that their data (name, Instagram handle, and contact details) may be shared between Runderwear and Kellie Branagan for the purpose of administering the giveaway.
• Personal data will not be used for marketing purposes unless explicit consent is given.
