At Runderwear we want you to love your item as much as we do, however we do understand that when shopping online we sometimes make purchases we are not completely happy with. That's why we offer a full refund or an exchange for the item, provided it’s returned to us in its original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed and with all labels attached.

Underwear & Socks:
Please make sure that undergarments are tried on over your own underwear, so that in the unlikely event you need to return an item, it does not show any visible sign of wear, or we may not be able to refund the item.

Outerwear:
Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition and packaging and show no visible signs of wear.

How do I exchange?
If the item you have purchased does not fit, then we can exchange this for you.  Simply complete the returns form selecting ‘Exchange’ and tell us which size you would like in the comments box on the next page.

How do I return?
Please start you return by entering your reference number, which can be found either on your sales confirmation email or delivery note (6-digit number starting with an #) and email address in the fields above and click ‘Start’

Follow the instructions on the screen and select the items you want to return/exchange

You will receive a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved (this may take up to 24 hours)

Please ensure you enclose a copy of either your completed returns form, which can be printed from the returns screen, or just include a note with the original order number, along with the reason for the return and we will be able to process it for you.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund postage costs for returned underwear, socks or outerwear.

Once your return has been received at our warehouse, you should expect to receive your refund in 5 - 10 working days.
