This January we’re committing to getting fitter, stronger, and healthier with the runderwear & Her Spirit ‘Give Me 5’ walk-jog challenge
What is it?
Starting on 2nd January, we’re kicking off an 8-week programme with the Her Spirit coaches to support, guide and motivate you all the way to taking part in a 5km walk, jog or run. So if you’ve never taken on a 5k before, or you’re not sure how to train for one, then this is the challenge for you.
The runderwear and Her Spirit Give Me 5 isn’t about finish times or pounding the pavement, it’s a programme designed to help you with everything from what to wear, to breathing, posture and building strength. Unlike other 5k plans, you’ll have access to an exclusive community of likeminded people, as well as expert coaches that will guide you. At the end of the 8-weeks you will be cheered on by the runderwear and Her Spirit community as you take part in the Give Me 5 virtual 5k walk, jog or run.
