What to expect?

Every Monday on our social channels, Tom Craggs will introduce the training plans for the week ahead and provide any tips for approaching your training. On Wednesdays we will share a video from one of our Expert Training Team; Pilates Instructor Kate Cadbury kickstarted this content on Wednesday 10th Feb (you can catch up here if you missed it), and we’ve had a great response already! Finally, our Team Runderwear Race Leaders will be going live on Instagram and Facebook every Friday at 3pm to chat about how they got on that week and answer any questions that have come through. If you would like to ask our race leaders a question for them to answer in this session, please leave a comment on our Race Leader videos, which you can find on our Instagram IGTV. Don’t worry if you aren’t free to watch any of these videos on the days mentioned, everything will be posted here for you to come back to when it suits you!
