If the item you buy does not fit, simply complete the returns form selecting exchange instead of return, and tell us which size you would like in the comments box on the next page, that's it!  This is a free service, you just need to cover the return postage.

Bra Exchanges - Free Return Postage*

Getting the best fitting bra for our customers is so important to us that we are currently offering free postage up to THREE times on our bras to ensure the right fit. (*please note that this free return postage offer is only applicable to customers based in the UK)

Faulty Products

In the unlikely event that any item in your order is faulty or defective, we will replace or refund the value of these products within the first 30 days of purchase. Please email the Rundercare team with your order details via hello@runderwear.com and we will be more than happy to assist you in getting any issues resolved as quickly as possible.

To complete any return or replacement – proof of purchase will be required.
