If the size isn’t working for you, we’ll get your bra exchanged. Simply email me at brahelp@runderwear.co.uk and I’ll take you through the exchange process until you are in the bra which feels like a great fit!


If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can start the refund process on our refund’s portal. To issue a refund you will need your order number which can be found on your order confirmation email and looks like #123456. You will also need the email address and postcode which you placed the order with.
