Love all the underwear I have from Runderware. These are really comfy and could be worn on their own or with shorts. I have worn under leggings and they are really comfortable.

These are so handy - the black ones are opaque enough to wear as normal shorts in the summer, and don’t roll up or chafe. And in the winter they keep my thighs warm under leggings (even on frosty long runs and bike rides) without making me too hot/restricted.
I’ve started wearing them under all my normal trousers now that the weather’s turned chillier for the same reason- got three pairs to make sure I don’t run out!

I brought these shorts after reading reviews 10 days before a marathon and road tested on a 12 miler, 10k and then the Newport marathon. So so comfortable even in the rain. Wore them under short shorts and they were fine. Love the colour and treated myself to a matching crop top.
If you need female products they do stick eventually but found they tucked up which could cause discomfort over distance so be mindful of this
