I have been using runderwear for several years, seriously comfortable running underwear.

With a 34" waist size I was right in the middle of two sizes so I ordered 1 M and 1 L. Honestly both fit well, with a slight preference to the L. Both are very comfy, stay in place during runs, and haven't caused any issues. Though, the longest run I've done with them are just over 3 hr during the winter, the real test will be during the summer. I do find the waistband tends to roll over, and it would be nice if it were a bit wider and maybe thicker to prevent this from rolling so much. I was also initially a bit concerned with the rough part of the seam along the leg holes being on the inside and the flat smooth portion on the outside. However, after a few wears and washes, this seems to of softened up. Hopefully, this won't cause an issue in the middle of summer during much longer runs, but I have hope that it won't.
would I recommend? Yes, and I have.
