The Runderwear 28 Day Challenge is back!
In November 2020 we launched a 28 Day Challenge to keep us motivated during the winter lockdown. This year, we're bringing it back bigger and better than ever, to finish the year as strong as we started!
To join us, all you need to do is set yourself a personal challenge that you want to achieve throughout November. This could be running related, but it doesn't have to be - the idea is that we set positive habits in place and support each other in achieving our goals! Head to our Instagram @teamrunderwear to screenshot our template and share your challenge, don't forget to use the hashtag #28DayChallenge so we can see how you're getting on.
